Hi Folks,
I have a site that was running OK with a limited number of test categories – the final categories/subcategories and some products have been added.
We wanted to use Layered navigation by price for the categories and this was working great – after changing the categories ALL layered navigation has vanished.
I think this must have something to do with the indexing for the layered navigation BUT in v1.4.1.1 it has vanished from the Cache Management – where has it gone.
I have looked at the list of items I can index in the ‘Index Management’ page and there is no mention of layered navigation – once again – HELP – where is it ??????
Can anyone help me out here to refresh the indexes for the layered navigation as it has completely vanished and I have spent 4 hours trying to work it out.
