Why orders are not being created but they are being process by Linkpoint

I’ve been looking for hours how to fix this problem,

I have linkpoint on my store and I have receive complaints from clients that they are charged but they don’t receive any confirmation e-mail, also on the backend there’s no order of that.

I can’t find a solution, please help 

Any advice will be appreciated
