Product Promotions

Hai,

I have to create 2 types of promotions.

1) Buy X produts and get Y free (not magentos buy x get x free – for same products)

if i will buy 2 different products from my category “BUY” i want to get a list of products from my category “FREE” in mt cart page, so that the customer can choose one of them.

2) Product batch

In my category BOOKS , my promotion must be like this

 1 book of PHP => 10€ and 2 books of PHP => 8€

Plz help me how could i do this???

I have been searching from 3 days no result

    Hi Parveen,

    I think I can help you with the second scenario. What you’re looking for is Tier Pricing (special price based on quantity purchased). Check out this section from the Magento User Guide:

      Hi,

      Thank you for ur reply, it really helped me.
      Can we do this with Tier Price???
      1 pdt = 10€
      2 pdt = 18€
      3 pdt = 10€ + 18€ (1pdt + 2pdt)
      4 pdt = 18€ + 18€ (2pdt + 2pdt)

      What about my Firdt Question , We cant do that with Magento ???
      i really need your help or plz give me any idea
