how to add images in shopping cart using customoption

Hello,

I am able to create image through custom option and showing upload file button in Product details page .But when add to cart button is submitted .Image information is not showing in shopping cart.

Please add upload images in given link.See result in shopping cart.

Here is the link .I want result like in this site.After uploading image .Image information also added in shopping

    It seems that this thing happening in magento 1.4.0.1 but not in 1.4.1.0 .I am not able to analyze what is the difference.
