Hello,
This is a fresh install of 1.5.1.0 and I am trying to add a web user I bring up the user page okay but when I click add new user I am redirected to the roles page and I am unable to add a new user.
Also I beleive this is related I go to my Admin Inbox to check messages and the top row says 53 messages but none are listed in the frame below. Any ideas?
Update: I pulled up the page in ie (was using firefox) and ie shows an error
