Authorize.net error : can not invoice order.

Hello,

thank you in advance for your help.

I am trying to invoice a purchase so that it goes from Processing to Invoice status.

I open the order, i click on invoice then i choose capture online… and last i click submit invoice. But it comes up with an error:

“Credit Card: xxxx-1111 amount $100.00 capture – failed. Authorize.Net Transaction ID 923874293847. Gateway error: The transaction cannot be found.”

Any idea on how to fix this, Please?

This is not a Magento error so I’d recommend trying to contact Authorize.net about it. It looks like you are trying to invoice an order that was not recorded by Authorize.net so make sure your settings are correct.

Here is the interesting part

I do receive the payment in authorize.net but i just can not invoice it within magento.
Basically, authorize.net works but is just the magento invoice payment that gives the error.

Any hints on that ?
